Recipe yields 1-2 servings
- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1/4-1/2 tsp vanilla (depending on how strong you’d like the vanilla flavor to be)
- drizzle of honey
- cinnamon to taste
- toppings shown in picture: frozen blueberries, raspberries, slivered almonds, cinnamon
Add your chia seeds, milk, cinnamon, vanilla, and honey in a small jar or bowl. Shake ingredients to assure the seeds are covered in milk. Cover or add a lid, and place in refrigerator overnight. In the morning, give your putting a quick stir to assure the seeds have gelled, add your toppings, and you are ready to eat!
